Domain Registration Agreement

Domain Name: Any internet domain name registered or managed through the Nyxzie platform.

Registrar: The authorized, accredited registrar through which Nyxzie processes domain registrations. Nyxzie operates as an authorized Registrar Service Provider (RSP).

Registry: The authoritative database operator for a given Top-Level Domain (e.g., Verisign for .com/.net, PIR for .org).

WHOIS: The public database of domain registration information maintained by registries and registrars.

2.1 What We Provide: Nyxzie provides domain registration, renewal, transfer, and management services acting as an authorized Registrar Service Provider (RSP) through our accredited registrar partner.

2.2 Your Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration details; update them within 7 days of any change; respond promptly to verification requests; and not use the domain for unlawful purposes.

2.3 Accuracy of Data: Providing false or inaccurate registration information may result in immediate domain suspension or cancellation without refund, as mandated by registry and registrar regulations.

3.1 Pricing & Payment: Prices are displayed at checkout and must be paid in full at the time of registration, renewal, or transfer.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, renewal, transfer, and redemption restore fees are strictly non-refundable once processed with the Registry.

3.3 Renewal Transparency: Renewal prices are displayed in your dashboard. We provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email before your domain's expiration date.

4.1 Registration Period: Domains are registered for 1 to 10 years depending on the TLD, beginning on the date of successful Registry processing.

4.2 Auto-Renewal: Domains auto-renew by default. We attempt renewal 30 days prior to expiration. You may disable auto-renewal at any time in your dashboard.

4.3 Expiration & Grace Periods: Unrenewed domains enter a Renewal Grace Period (0–45 days), followed by a Redemption Grace Period (RGP) with higher restore fees, after which the domain is permanently deleted.

4.4 Expiration Consequences: Expired domains cause associated websites and email to stop working immediately, DNS records are removed, and the domain may be permanently lost.

4.5 DNS & Delegation: Delegation to Nyxzie Cloud nameservers is optional. If using external DNS, you are solely responsible for configuring all required records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

5.1 Transfers In: You may transfer domains to Nyxzie from other registrars. The domain must be unlocked with a valid EPP/Auth code and cannot be transferred within 60 days (2 months) of initial registration or a previous transfer (standard 60-day registry transfer lock).

5.2 Transfers Out: You may transfer your domain away from Nyxzie to another registrar at any time after the initial 60-day (2-month) post-registration lock period has elapsed, in accordance with standard registry rules. Nyxzie charges zero transfer-out fees and processes valid outgoing transfer requests within 5 business days.
